Do you know why some people doesn't like Osmows because of stores like this (355 hespeler ave, inside the mall) I am in to... Osmows for 7 years, damn fan, I visit Durham College Osmows atleast once in a week. Visited Cambridge to meet my buddy and I cansay this is the worst Osmows I ever had. Here at the mall, they are tooo hesitant to add meat and rice. A medium rocks is 3/4of regular oswmows. Staff are nice but food in portion is too less, meat is not crispy enough, rice is not cooked well. I waswondering why some people hate Osmose, may be they have tried wrong stores. UPDATE: wow quite the audacity for you to respond to your customers in this way. You'd rather continue to let your customers... walk in and eat your restaurant that has a clearly bad distinct meat smell than try to acknowledge the problem and plan toresolve it. Well you have lost a customer for good now. Also, you are not 'inside' the mall, your store is literally locatednext to the entrance. The fact that your store is in an advantageous position , as you have claimed, yet still FAIL toadequately manage the bad odor and cleanliness level of the meat tells me you are not competent at managing yourstore. Original review: The store STINKS no matter what time you go in. I will echo what the other reviews are saying, itlooks like the staff at this store have a poor quality 3rd grade chicken supplier. Chicken is airy and and thin. Does not tastegood. Price sure are top notch. The manager of this store really should pay a visit to milton location to learn how a store isprofessionally run. The milton branch is EXCELLENT. Great tasting and high qualify food anytime you go. No smell. This storeshould invest in a good venting system to remove bad odour. Go to other locations this one has terrible customer service. Just left after having bring given the wrong order, I was given... fries instead of rice. No big deal you would think I asked the cashier who took the order if he could fix it, he said no yousaid on the stix witch is fries. I assured him that?s not what I asked for and he walked away. Stuck now with almost 20 dollarsof food that is wrong. I have never in my life ordered fries with my meal from osmows and didn?t today. Absolute waste of money. Read more

I ordered chicken on the rocks at 2:30 pm. through their website. I was told It would be ready after 35 mins (3:05PM). I went to... the store exactly at 3:05 pm. This guy tells me he hasn't received my order yet. He checks the order screen and sees my order.After that, his face turns red and pale. He starts making my order after that. I asked him why my order wasn't ready, yet hereplies, saying sometimes there are a lot of customers in the store, and they get busy." I saw 2 customers on the line to orderin the whole store, that's about it. One guy was taking order other guy was playing with the meat and I asked him how long ittakes to make an order he replied saying a minute but we are giving you fresh that's why It took time. I told him I waited 35mins for an order, and if I knew this is how guys operate, I wouldn't even want it. The guy told me it's my choice, I took mychoice and left the store without the food. Read more
