I came here to this location to buy both taco bell and KFC, the gentlemen at the cashier taking the order was already annoyed as... he couldn?t even say ?hello? my son told him his order twice and he rolled his eyes at us because he couldn?t understand what myson was saying. Then I proceeded to give my order of KFC on a bucket of chicken and after I place the order he tells me ?we haveno white meat? I said to him, how long will it take to make it, first he says, 15-20 mins, then apologizes and says 45-60 mins.At this point I?m getting a little annoyed because he?s been rude already to my son and then is lying about the white meat. Thenhe tells me, we actually don?t have white meat. So I asked why not, he said he ?doesn?t know? so I asked to speak the themanager. The rude guy goes to the back laughing at me and rolling his eyes and gets another guy that says he?s the manager, Iasked why they have no white meat he said we?re not making any today because we have too much dark meat. I have never heard ofsuch an excuse before. I asked for the owners name and he said he was advised he?s not allowed to give it out. I had a very bad experience in this place. I asked for a 5.00 combo with the foupon app as I always do in other locations, 2... chicken strips and some pop corn chicken for my child. The guy told me that he cant sell me that. That he can only sell me the 3chicken strips for 13 dollars. I asked him why? I wanted to use my coupon and he said no that he could sell just 3 stripsinstead of 2, this sounded very weird for me, he didnt give me a proper reason. Its not about the money, its about customerservice. I prefered to go to the chinese food instead and of course I spent much more but I had a good customer service.
