I ordered at this location many times since I work in the mall. There has been many changes with employees fine I get it. But... yesterday on Thursday November the 3rd at 4:30 ish PM before I started my shift at 5 I order onion rings "MADE TO ORDER" the newgirl I can tell she looked new looked at me like huh i said yes can i get it made to order. I looked on the screen she clearlydidnt punch it in. She still ringed me in I paid. Thinking she probably tell the girl in the back. LITERALLY 5 seconds lateronion rings came out. Meaning it was not made to order cause it usually takes for a fresh batch 2-3 minutes to be made and youcan smell the freshness when its made. I was very annoyed. I grabbed it cause I knew i didnt have enough time to eat and head towork. Plus i didnt want to deal with it. I sat in the food court opened the bag and "BAMM" my onion rings were not fresh.Argh... everytime at this location I ask "made to order" the older lady who works there or this other person always does it, butthis one time.... maybe retrain your new employees or shadow them so they are punching in correctly. Sadly my chicken fingers were a re heat I had to request for fresh ones to be made A&W has always been a family breakfast... destination growing uo with my grandparents. It's always extremely disappointing to find a restaurant cutting corners. There'sjust no excuse ! Read more
