The hours say 11pm but after sitting at the order kiosk in the drive thru to nobody serving me I left. Very very poor service.... The manager should be ashamed. If you have nobody to tend the drive thru then put pylons in front of it like the rest of the TimHortons. Read more
25 minute line inside. There were only teenagers working with no leadership in sight. They clearly needed some guidance because... multiple times there were 3 staff members looking at the order screen trying to figure out what was next. 2 cashiers at thefront counter that were also responsible to fill the orders they were taking. 4 people left without their orders because theline was not moving. I always go through the drive thru at this location. The lineup is very long but I plan for that. I understand staff... shortages, but I do have issues regarding the inconsistencies in food quality. I always order the turkey bacon club. Thesandwich is different each time. Sometimes there's little to no mayo, while other times the tomato is lacking or even missing.
