After standing in line for 7 minutes for an available kiosk to order, it took another 19 minutes to prepare 1 whopper and fries.... When I got it, both were completely cold. The bun wasn't heated and cheese hadn't even melted at all on the burger. The serversand kitchen staff have NO HAIR NETS, and one guy was scratching his hair with his gloves then handling food! Only 4 of the 12variety of drinks were working, the counters were covered in grease, soda, and discarded straw wrappers, condiments, and drinktops. You have to order from a kiosk, which don't take cash, no orderly lines, everything takes forever, way longer than the oldway. One girl making all the meals, slowly, one burger at a time, reading the screen 4 times per each burger. I stood there for26 MINUTES to get a freezing cold burger and fries. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!! So bad. Can only order at kiosk. People can order 100 orders at once and back up the kitchen. Cant order your meal by talking to... an actual person. The food was as expected for fast food however, the staff member at the counter taking money was wearing latex gloves for his... protection yet he was handling the napkins and food for the customers that he had just handled dirty money with. Not verysanitary for the customers in my opinion. Read more
The service was horrible! I had to wait for my food for almost an hour, and the people behind the counter were just talking.... There where alot of very angry people,the lineup was huge. The food was ok but I'm not going there again! Read more
