Terrible. It?s the closest subway to my house so I go once a week. It?s always bad. Always. It?s only good for convenience but... it?s never right. I don?t complain much but I can?t stand it anymore. The bread is 9/10 times stale or old. Just gross. You haveto fight with everyone to get what you want. I will not be coming back. I can?t stand being served garbage old food. It?s notworth it. Serves expired rotten lettuce for my expensive salad bowl! Do not come to this location.
This location has really gone downhill in the past year or so. Employees seem like they've never made a sandwich before in... their life! Really sloppy assembly on all 3 subs. Very cheap on ingredients - steak footlong had about 1/4 cup of meat,meatball marinara footlong had 5 meatballs. Add avocado for an extra charge? One tiny scoop for a footlong. Jalapenos withstems and inedible. This is not the first time, but will definitely be my last. Used to be a good location, not sure whatchanged. Went in half an hour before closing. The guy was rude and rushed us. He stopped halfway through our order to take a skip the... dishes order, touching the cash register, iPad, papers and a sharpie, all while wearing gloves then came back and tried tocontinue making our sandwiches WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. When I asked him to please change his gloves he made a comment about itbeing inconvenient AND THEN TOLD ME IF IT WAS AN ISSUE THAT I COULD MAKE MY OWN SANDWICH!!! So disgusted at the service here. Not to impressed with customer service at this location. When I went to pay I tapped my card and had to tap it again. Not... realizing the first tap was for a tip (which in turned tipped 15%) I asked them to refund this and they would not said it was?all online? and there was nothing they could do? that is clearly not true.
