Went through drive thru and was told to wait in spot 4 for food. Waited 10 minutes and finally went inside and was told they are... almost done the order and will bring it right out. Waited another 15 minutes so called and they said they gave that order outalready and the girl brought food back cause it was the wrong order. Then was told they can remake the order or put on file fora credit. I wanted the order. They remade it which took another 15 minutes. I had all the items but 2 burgers were made wrong.Should have been offered a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Food was unfortunately cold by the time I got it (I ordered in advance) but I don't think it's entirely their fault. It's... Harvey's, which is always good, so it usually just depends on time of day/night that you go. Read more

Slowest Harvey?s to ever exist. The grey haired old wretch of a manager is even worse. I couldn?t find the card I wanted to use... to pay for my meal, but found it after I paid with another. I politely asked if I could refund my order and put it on thecorrect card, and she just said ?no?, with no explanation. After 15 other questions, apparently only the GM can refund orders,and she was not present. So unfortunately, if you hate your order, you can?t get your money back. I told them they shouldprobably get it together, and was told ?I probably should?ve used the right card?.. Ace customer service from a ?manager?. Iwill never return to this location, or order from them on a delivery app. Give your money to a more deserving local business. Read more
