Live in the area hopefully they get their timing down. The drive through is a horrible design accident just waiting to happen no... wifi. I actually prefer the old one ran fairly smooth. This establishment is horrible now since reopening, the staff service is horrible, the management is horrible, the food and... drink quality they put out is horrible, i had visited this morning for breakfast, my husband's tea tasted and smelt like burntplastic, my coffee was burnt also, tastes like it had been mixed with an old pot and left sitting there on the burner for waytoo long, I have been visiting this establishment for over 16 years and since the "revamp" of staff and the renovations, I canhonestly say i will not be returning, spend your money somewhere else of you're smart Read more
Love the new look, They have a lot of new staff so the service is at times very slow, I would like to address the opening time,... Iam the first one in the door normally but the last couple of days I was waiting outside for them to open , It wouldn't be sobad but at -20, Five minutes gets you a good chill ! My boyfriend and I work in the same strip mall as Tim hortons and usually go there for our lunch break everyday. The new model... is very nice, unfortunately their service does not match. The dine in is so much busier then the drive through and most of thestaff are attending the drive through instead of their other customers which we found unfair. The old staff were also so muchmore friendly and welcoming so it is very disappointed so have this kind of service. Along with having our orders brought to usand it being wrong all the time. We have ordered extra cream cheese on bagels and end up having barley any, Randomly havingchocolate milk added into our ice caps and much more. I understand that lots of the staff are still training but a huge part ofcustomer service is connecting with your customers or at least a good greeting.. there?s no smile, eye contact or anything.Pretty disappointing Read more
