I had just went there at lunch as I was looking for something new to eat. I have eaten Mr. Pretzel before but I kind of forgot... about it. I was the only customer and the lady working there was very rude. I gave my order but as I was talking, she walkedaway to put the pretzel into the oven. I wasn't finished telling her my order and she was showing attitude as if she hates herjob. She didn't greet me and no smile at all. She looked miserable. So I told her to cancel my order.. and I walked away. Icouldn't take her horrible customer service. I was thinking why I should give her my business? Very appalled. Went to Timsinstead. Read more

Horrible customer service. Wanted to provide business and the Aisan lady working used covid as a excuse. The business is open... until 5pm I was there a whole hour before close , as they are part of the core and she denied making and preparing food for acustomer, stating that her boss told her to turn away customers.
