Went through the drive thru on Friday at 7am, they forgot to put my muffin in the bag and also made me a double double instead... of the chocolate milk I asked for. They didn't confirm the order and almost made me a grilled cheese instead of a wrap. When Iwent inside, instead of working with me to fix my order, they asked me to wait while they kept making later orders. The workertold me I should have checked the screen for the correct order. But the order screen was replaced by an advertisement. Theperson taking orders for the drive thru very much seemed like they were in a rush, not confirming anything and not waiting forpeople to finish their order before asking them to move along. Honestly one of the worst Tim Horton's stores in Calgary. I'mwilling to go out of my way to another store just to avoid this one. This isn't a one-off experience. The level of unprofessionalism demonstrated really put me off buying food at this store. Employees didn't know how to take... order, disrespect customers. I was waiting on the window after some time when she started to take my order I repeated 1 item toher 5-6 times, she was listening everything properly but without any reason she started to make fun on me and started laughingwith the coworkers, no greetings no thank you. She took 5-6 minutes for taking my small order,she knew at the back their was abig lineup.She was an old lady, I think she do same at her home disrespect everyone. ****Worst Service**** Here those people are working who don?t know meaning of customer service. I have ordered a hot chocolate... on mobile order to skip the line. And still, I had to wait for 15 minutes just to get my coffee. Moreover, I asked a guy todouble the cup as it was hot, and he was so arrogant, he told me ?10 Cents? . I mean, are you kidding me man? I went to 100s ofTim Hortons and never had an issue like this before. He didn?t even offer me sleeves and he went inside, playing his phone. We ordered steak & egg breakfast sandwich, Sausage & egg biscuit with hash brown and small iced coffee. What we received are,... bacon & egg biscuit and a biscuit with hash brown inside.
