Very disappointed on how my order was handled. There were two large orders ahead of me, so asked if the onion rings I ordered (I... love your rings) were fresh and hot due to the long wait . "Oh, yes sir they are". I checked the onion rings and they were cold.I told her so, and she offered new ones. As I waited, the line behind me grew. When, what seemed like the proper amount of timehad passed, I got new ones, and I asked if the new ones were hot. "Oh, yes sir they are". Well, I reached in and grabbed ahandful of cold rings. Again, the offer was to make fresh rings. By this time the orders behind me were themselves getting cold.I refused, not trusting them, and to speed up the line, and said I would report them. "You get what you paid for" That is the response "Judy" gave me when I called because my wife's order was messed up. She said... the order was put in wrong, and I paid for what I got, with no willingness to correct it. Onion rings were ordered at the till,and definitely were never included. The lettuce on the burger was mush and browning. This place needs a wake up call. Read more
