Dear Fast-Food Employees of Lakeview Dairy Queen, I would just like to thank- you for all the hard work you put in not on the... prepare my food and ice cream but to also get it to me as fast as you can. Thank-you for working holidays when every otherrestaurant is closed. I know you may not exactly like your job, but you are valued greatly. You are the people we go to when wedon?t feel like cooking. I would also like to apologize on behalf of anyone who ever made you feel like your job was beneaththem. I am very sorry for all the rude people you encounter throughout the day. I am sorry for the people that act a fool andare impatient. I know I am only one person, but I would just like you all to know that I appreciate everything you do, fromtaking my order to making it. I find the staff at this location incredibly rude and the service is often painfully slow. Last night we went there for diner... after a school event and both my ex husband and I were appalled by the service. When I ordered my daughters hamburger meal Irepeated multiple times ketchup only on the burger. I probably said this at least four times. When we got the burger surprisesurprise it had everything on it. My ex husband went up to ask for it to be corrected and the man at the counter argued with himsaying I never asked for just ketchup and it seemed like he was going to refuse to fix his mistake. My ex repeatedly told himthat he heard me say several times just ketchup. After we finally said we would pay for another one did he agree to remakeit. This isn?t the first time the same staff member has been rude or difficult to deal with so I?m guessing we aren?t justcatching them on the bad day. Read more
