Update to an already bad review: we went back after over a year because my kids missed their pizza and hide hope that after a... longer time they would have gotten better with all the complaints made by regular customers, and fixed their ways. I was wrong.Even my super un picky children refused to eat it and it was such a waste of food. Burnt outside but gooey raw inside. So wecouldn?t even throw it into the over to try and cook the inside more or it would have been black. And of course, you call andsay there is a misshap and they refuse to take responsibility for it. I was told we were wrong not them!! Why is it so hard tojust give good service and sell food you advertise! Staff also doesn?t know their own prices and overcharged! Receipt did notmatch the flyer. So so sad. Original: I am super super upset with Master pizza. This establishment was EASILY a5 star rattingbut I cannot in good Conscience rate them at 5 anymore. Over the last three months (give or take) they have dropped huge inquality quantity and customer service !!!. Polite staff, I ask for takeout menu to lady she take order and start preparing ,my orders are in receipt. I ask her differences... in price she said don't know about price. When coming to pizza very less tomato base,too dry. Totally I wasted my 44 $ and my45 minutes. Read more
