Burnt bun, tomato & lettuce looked wilted. Staff more interested in serving drive-thru. Supervisor took my order and disappeared... before my debit had even finished processing. Staff need to take a breath and make sure their customers feel valued. Read more

The service was ok but the price of what I bought was totally wrong and the 4 coffees tastes burnt and 2 bacon grilled cheese... melt the bacon wasn't cooked properly and L Chilli and the bun is suppose to be the proper size. Not a half bun....what u payfor the proper one......so all 7 items should of cost me way under $32 . U over charged me and I told the lady behind thecounter that u over charged me....this has never ever happened to us since we have been coming to Tims when we are in the areaso this needs to fixed.
