We had a fantastic experience at this location! Our server, Fahad, was friendly, courteous, and was always available if we... needed something (but in a way that wasn?t overbearing or hovering near us constantly). The food was great as well! On top ofthis, the manager came at one point to apologize for our food taking a few extra minutes (we hadn?t even noticed it had been awhile!) and offered to comp our drinks and any dessert we would like after the meal. This proactive customer service shows thatthey care about their patrons, and it was a lovely addition to our night out! This Keg location never disappoints. 5 star rating, with what to expect at the Keg. Great perfectly timed Prime Rib, everything... came out as ordered. Friendly service, greeted by hostess, great server and manager stopped by to say hello. Our anniversarydinner went very well here this evening, and were delighted to receive the Billy Miner Pie for free due to the occasion. Now,if you're looking for a traditional steakhouse experience, there are better places in town to watch the steak cook on highflames and have your Caesar prepared tableside, but for a quick high end steak or prime, this place kills it. I had the filet with half lobser and he had the prime rib with half lobster. Everything came out fresh and hot, comsidering it... was a busy supper rush. I highly recommend the lobster appetizers (forget the name) but irs cheesy, garlicky and such adelight. It's always a great treat night out. Read more
My family and I had dinner at the South Pointe location. The food was excellent. I've never been disappointed with any meal at... The Ke. The server gave excellent service and great food recommendations, and the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurantwere superb. I gave 4stars as I didn't appreciate the Manager mentioning that we should have informed the location that we had astroller, an assumption on his part. He further mentioned that few areas within the restaurant can accommodate a stroller. Thearea where we were seated was reserved for a party of 10 or 14 individuals, however, they were able to accommodate the partyelsewhere. Having said that though, we did mention that we had an infant with us at the time of the reservation and uponarrival, we were asked if we needed a high chair which was declined because the baby wouldn't be able to sit in it, furthermorethe concierge that seated us saw that we had a stroller. We were directed to the booth at first, however, that wasn't conduciveto our needs and later agreed/directed us to the area we were seated for our meal. Overall we had an excellent time andrecommend parents with infants/toddlers please ensure to mention this during your reservation and hope it is captured accuratelyto avoid occurrences of this nature in the future. Place is nicely decorated, its modern and tables have enough space that you dont hear everyones conversations. The bathrooms are... clean, a bit far away from the lounge area on the left of the main entrance. The staff is nice, the chef and management comearound and check on ur meal which is a bonus. The food tonight was tasty but nothing spectacular. We got 2 dishes of the 6ozstreak and "lobster" tail. The 3rd dish was a salmon and cauliflower rice meal. Im not going to lie, my meal made me sick on theway home, almost didnt make it to the facilities. Still would recommend the keg but it isnt my favorite place for an upscalemeal as i find it over priced. I'd still recommend cactus club over them and if ur willing to spend the big bucks for an amazingmeal then "Ceasars" is highly recommended!!! Read more
