Never go here, incredibly disappointed with 130th Pizza Hut. Last night we ordered from this location just as we have for over... 10 years now, but what happened with my family?s order was inexcusable and we will no longer be ordering from here. My sisterpaid prior to the delivery and stated contactless on the order. The delivery driver approached our house and my sister answered.He made her feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. She asked him multiple times to leave the pizza and go and he did not listen andthen attempted to open our front door after it was closed and enter our home. Thankfully she was able to stop him from doing sothough. She then told him again to leave the pizza and he finally left. I called 130th Pizza Hut directly to let the managerknow what had happened and the person who answered the call immediately started to make excuses for the driver (saying it washis first day, trying to shift blame onto us stating we did not click contactless despite the fact we did, etc.). They thenoffered to give us a voucher for our next order, which was both an inappropriate way to address someone?s comments about asituation of this nature and revealing of the fact he did not seem to take our concerns seriously. This was a terrifyingsituation, and the fact it was not addressed in an appropriate manner is disheartening and disappointing to say the very least.I am fearful for others who order from this location expecting quality service and an enjoyable food experience, only to be metwith a situation similar to mine. It bears mentioning that this is not an isolated issue with this pizza hut location either, Ihave heard many complaints about the staff and service of this area, and the number of 1-star reviews on this location withinjust the past 2 years alone speaks to this problem.
