After giving this location several chances, they continue to show me how below par they are.. there has been times when there... has been hair in food, or when they make drinks super sweet and pretend like thats how they are made.. and on top of it themanagement is rude when questioned or when something isnt right. The Tim hortons in McKenzie lake is 50x better with raremistakes and super friendly management. As many other tims are. / also a 24-7 Tim's shouldn't be running out of everything at9pm everyday. I’ve come to calling the morning drive-thru “Breakfast Roulette” because you never know what you’re going to get. My... order isn’t complicated and I check it on the order board, but it’s an adventure figuring out what’s supposed to be whatwhen they hand you the order. I appreciate speed and efficiency, but accuracy should be the priority. This is one of the top Tim Horton's in the SE for quality. While m any Tim Horton's have become miserly with glaze, the donuts... here always very generously glazed and fresh - irresistible! I'm only giving 5 stars because of Dianne's outstanding efforts toprovide quality customer service when the store was too obviously short-staffed - which is a real issue for customers like meon a time crunch. The owner definitely needs to hire more staff. That is the only area I can see needs improvement and willkeep people from walking out. Read more
I’ve been to this Tim’s on multiple occasions, spanning different times, days and holidays. Always a long line up.... Production is slow here, snail slow. Especially at night. All spring/summer they are always sold out of items. That’s not asupply issue. That’s a cheap franchise owner issue. Read more
