The two women working during the lunch hour on Friday, October 21, 2022 were unbelievable. Look, I can talk about the food but... Opa is a fairly standard fast-greek-food restaurant. It's not amazing, it's not terrible. It's just standard. But the womenworking were working SO HARD! They had a massive rush and they didn't stop the entire time. They didn't stop the whole time! Itwas awesome to see them in action and their friendliness was above standard for how busy they were. Getting everyone's orderswith just the two of them was a feat for sure!!! I have went to many opa locations, but none of them were clean as this location. The meat was fresh and crispy. I have noticed... that in some locations they serve less portions of salad, but in this location my salad was filled up to the top. I willdefinitely be coming back to this location. Read more
So here we are again. Gave them another try this past weekend and once again disappointed. Went in at 5PM which is dinner time... and they proceed to tell me they have no potatoes after i paid. i was shocked. how can you sell a platter than tell someone"oh sorry no potatoes". Never have I EVER been treated as badly as I was last night after phoning East Hills Opa to explain that my order through Skip... The Dishes was not correct. I stated on my order that I did not want any sauces on my pita or salad. When my order arrivedthere was sauce on my salad. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them that there was sauce on my salad. Upon hearingof the mistake, the Manager told me that I could come to the restaurant and pick up a new order. I explained to her that thatwas not possible and that is why I used Skip The Dishes to get my food delivered. She started screaming at me saying I had tocome to restaurant to pick up new order. If I couldn't pick it up there was nothing else she could do for me and she had peoplelined up waiting to be served. I'm sure they were impressed with her lack of professionalism. I told her through all of herscreaming, that I am disabled and not able to leave my home. She screamed back "that's not my problem" and hung up the phone.My advise, go to another Opa location or anywhere else to eat. The Manager at East Hills Opa sucks! Read more
