Ordered 2 Nuttin? Better smoothie and the lady did it all in one go, which was no problems at all for us since it was the same... exact recipe for both orders anyway. She didn?t make enough for both cups so for the second cup she had to dump it all back tothe blender, added more frozen yogurt and ice and blended it again. As she was pouring it to the cup, the second time, she hadto stop and place the blender back to the motor to blend it again. At this point I was already confused ????. But anyways, Iasked her if she just wanted to remake the the whole order since it wasn?t the same recipe anymore coz she added a lot morefrozen yogurt but she said ?No! There?s just a clump in the smoothie.? Nuttin? Better is the only thing we order from BoosterJuice for about 3 years now coz its so good! So we know how it taste like and today our smoothie tasted like straight up peanutbutter and water. ???? So hopefully their employees will actually follow the actual recipe next time. I don?t know what herproblem was, so we didn?t say anything anymore to her since obviously she was not happy about us being there, not sure if shewas new but she was just so grumpy and seemed annoyed that we ordered. She wasn?t so nice and did not have good customer?sservice skills. My guess is that we may have came in close to her ?closing time? since its Thanksgiving and we went there around5:20pm. This is not my normal booster juice I go to and I have to say this one has so many negative things to say. First of all the... wait was unreal, it took forever. Second I used the washroom to wash my hands and paper towel was out washroom unkept. Thecounter was covered in straw wrappers that no one was cleaning up. Next, After it was blended the guy blended it for a secondround. I got the drink opened the lid because it felt really light and it was an inch below the lid. I drank it and it waslike foam. No doubt why he blended it twice to froth it up to take up more space in the cup. They are cheating on ingredientswhich is disgusting when it cost almost 9 dollars for a smoothy. Avoid this location. Excellent service. As good as it will get as far as fast food places. Their wraps are really good and quick to go lunches. The... prices are kind of high but what do you expect getting a smoothie not made from your own house. Clean and good area. Read more
