Slowest Starbucks I?ve been to and I have given them the benefit of the doubt by going here on several occasions. Today was the... last straw when I had to leave without my order which was paid for because the 20 minutes I had been waiting had made me latefor my appointment. My daughter and I went to this location today at 2:00 pm. We waited in line at the drive through for thirty minutes. When we... finally received our drinks, one of them was half full. We ended up going into the store and showed the cashier the half fulldrink. The cashier asked the barista to make me another drink. She made me another half full latte. My daughter and I were soflabbergasted at what happened that we couldn't help but laugh. I don't understand why I would receive a half full drink andhave to go back into the store to receive the other half that I paid for. Such horrible service!! Read more
