Now I know why Arby?s is going out of business?atrocious take out customer service is a key indicator. I stopped by for lunch... and ordered a meal. I was given a small bag with the burger and fries crammed in. Not even a thanks for my order. And I noticedthere were no napkins. I asked for some and she grudgingly gave me 2. They must be very expensive and rare napkins. I had askedfor Arby?s sauce, she gave me horseradish sauce. She left the window so I had to yell to get attention. She returned andpractically threw the 2 sauce pouches, not even an apology. If you hate your job, maybe you should quit and work from home. Iwill never return there. Read more
Yes I'm a foodie. But we are all allowed our guilty pleasures, and Arby's Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich is one of mine. It is... delicious. Skip the beef which is what they are known for and try this. I also love love love their horsey sauce, it goes sowell with french fries. I remember when I was a kid and you used to be able to grab handfuls of them to take home and use onyour sandwiches at home. There's not many Arby's around anymore but I go to this location about 2-4 times a year and it isalways busy. Read more
? FOOD was GREAT. Arby's has the BEST Mozza Sticks - according to my hubby. They are his fav. ? STAFF member JEHU was helpful,... pleasant & friendly - GREAT customer service. ? SERVICE tad slow - BUT not mad at all - PEAK TIME 6:40 on a Friday night - ITWAS BUSY! ?? I rather wait a bit and arrive home with food that wasn't thrown together just to get us out the door. ??Onlynegative is for Head Office: ? COST - ???? Pricey for fast food and if not for the coupons would not be going there. ?? For 2before coupons $37.45 ?? With coupons $30.73 - saved $8.18 ? GRAVY - ???? $2 ?? it was good beef gravy (omg & way better thanMcD's) AND it was HUGE (but just wasn't full) I don't like cheese - so don't like poutine - it would have been only .50 centsmore for a poutine instead. Absolutely love Arby's food, hands down the best fast food chains. This location is one of the only standing ones in Calgary.... The staff are friendly and professional and food is always correct and tastes delicious. If it's even a thought to go toArby's, do it before we lose them all. Normally enjoy going here, but this last time the staff seemed to forget there was someone waiting in the drive through (as in... after placing our order we waited roughly 5 minutes at the window before an employee showed up and asked us what we were waitingfor) and they appeared to be goofing around with customers/friends?
