Literally the situation where they flip an iPad around and ask for a minimum 17% tip. Cherry iced tea was delicious, but full of... ice. Definitely ask for light or no ice. The mac and cheese was so full of cracked black pepper that it was the only thing youcould taste. First and probably the last time I?ll eat there. Read more

Place has really gone done hill. It had been a while since I have been to a Mall but had fond memories of a Cahchi?s sandwich... so I thought I would give it a go. Should have passes. The place was a mess and the sandwich was inedible. The bulky and dryciabatta bread sucked the life of the fairly decent fillings. Served with chips and pop and the obligatory 17% minimum tip. Food was good but experience w the cashier was not. Went around 12:45 today and wanted to use a mall gift card (which we just... used to purchase other food in the food court). The cashier swiped and told us it was declined then proceeded put the machine inmy girlfriends face repeatedly saying it was declined. When i said we just used so could u try again, she said ?that?s not ourproblem, it was declined.? As someone who has worked in the service industry I am appalled a worker would treat a customer thisway, especially one that has done nothing to provoke any confrontational behaviour. To top it all when we went to pay with acredit card she turns the machine around and the default lowest tip% is 17%?.. is this the keg? Read more
