We had a bad experience with the customer service given to us yesterday, Sunday afternoon around 7pm.We were very excited to try... the food here as it was our first time to buy from a mexican resto.We took our time looking at the menu because it was reallyunfamiliar for us.Then the lady staff made a hand stomp on the metal table to get our attention, as she was angry waiting forus, then later told us that she can help us with the menu. Take note...It was only us who were around when we were looking atthe menu. So, it took us a while to familiarized ourselves since take note, its our first time at Mucho Burrito.She made ourorder and answered my questions.I didnt ordered a lot since she's rushing. Then when we were done with our order, and we went toa table to eat, she talked to the next customer(who has the same nationality as hers).Even if we cant understand what theyresaying, we can hear the words "slow" and from theyre actions and facial expressions and laughing, we felt that theyre talkingabout us. We feel insulted. We had high expectations that when its your first time in a restaurant like this, staff will showtheir expertise with their products and would show great interest in showcasing to their customers their food.But we receivedthe opposite. By the way the food is bland too.Its good we only only bought 1 burrito to try. She half spilled the tomatoes(touching a box of gloves) and still served it to us. We will not come back here again. I went to mucho burrito in last month. The restaurant is beautifully appointed. The menu has a good range of options and the... food was Amazing! and seemed to be made with high-quality ingredients.
