I don't usually leave negative reviews but here's my experience... - No water even though we asked twice. Food took way too... long. Server kept disappearing we literally had to go by the kitchen to get his attention - Blue plastic materials in all 4 phoand bean sprouts. No explanations and yet he expected us to order something else. Really? We were in a rush and waiting for thefood is no problem as it was our decision to dine in. We had one dish of spring rolls and 4 dishes of pho. But over the span of40 minutes we were basically staring at pho trying to figure what the hell the plastic materials were and trying to get a holdof our server at the same time. Long story short, we left the restaurant very unsatisfied as we wasted the time and had to skiplunch. They had the audacity of charging us for the spring rolls (like I would not have if I were him) and didn?t even have theremorse of what we just experienced. This restaurant is a hidden gem for sure! The staff is extremely friendly, and great at what they do. Courteous, prompt, and... delicious. The food had so much flavor, but it was not overpowering like other places. Portions were just right, and the menu isboth modern and very easy to read/understand. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a family friendly, delicious, modernAsian cuisine experience. I also forgot to mention, it's extremely affordable, with not a single menu item going over $20 (fromwhat I could see). 6/5 if possible. Definitely worth a visit. Read more
Nicely appointed restaurant, good service. Food is good, hard to find a place for when the family can't agree on what type of... food to get so it's nice having Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes all in one place. I always get the feeling they would bebetter at each if specialized, but they do a very good job for what they are. Read more
Stopped in for lunch, had pho with springrolls, very good compared to many other vietnamese restaurants across the... city. Servers were attentive and present. Food came to the table after ordering in a timely manner, and cooked perfectly.Spring rolls were hot and crunchy, and the noodle soup was steaming. Dining area and Bathroom were fairly clean. My husband and I can never agree on Asian food when we eat out. I love Chinese and Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese food are his... favourites. As a result we rarely go out/order in Asian food, and end up getting pizza or something. Han Chao has so manydifferent dishes originating from different Asian cultures. We did dine in during the summer and it was AMAZING. Two nights agowe ordered in, and again it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes would make and American say ?wow?. The quality isamazing. And people who can?t agree on what kind of Asian food to order can both get what they want. 5 ??, absolutely cannotrecommend it enough (I am sitting here eating my delicious leftovers as I write this ????????)
