Kids burger bun was burnt. I asked for another one and the manager brought it out with greasy finger prints on the bun. She... dropped it off at the table and walked away. When I asked her to exchange it she gave me a weird look and didn't say anything.She dropped a third one and left without saying a word. She did give me a condescending look. All the while I was trying to keepmy hungry kid entertained. Mistakes happen but that manager did not handle it well and made what should have been a good nightawkward to say the least. We went as a family the other day for my son's birthday. Waitress was good got our orders correct, when my wife's meal came out... it was a vegetarian burger her first bite was ice cold inside burger. Waitress wasn't around, manager was sitting in a boothbeside us so I got his attention. He took it back. The Waitress came little later to ask how food was and we told her justwaiting for her burger. Waitress had no clue that manager took it, didn't tell her. She went back to kitchen and it was ready.The manager said he took 50% off of burger. It should've been free for there mistake. My inlaws work in the restaurant businesstoo and they both said it should've been free. They do that at their restaurant. Food was good in the end. Read more
We came in around 5:30pm for a special birthday and had the most amazing time. From the moment we sat down our server took care... of everything we needed and then some. We visited on Friday afternoon. The restaurant was slow. We were greeted immediately. Service was excellent!. Food was good.... Pizza sauce tasted generic I wish it was home made for the price that was charged. Pesto sauce on pizza added a lot of flavor. Read more
