Since new people working in this location or new owner, this tims is getting so BAD service. Dark roast coffee isn't good... anymore. I buy here almost every week and so some the costomer service is really going so low. Today I came in and orther croissants ... 3 of them this is my usual order the lady gave me one insted when I reminded her I needed 2 instead she gave me a look asto drive me away and the she drop off my croissants . Costomer were cleaning table themselves before they can have a placeto eat thier meal. I understand is a fast pace location but there is no drive trough her. First star for the kindness of the employees and their hard work. Sec star for the good coffee and food. Four of seven tables... and the floor were extremely durty (pictures uploaded) you can't find a proper table to sit, or you should clean it by yourself. It's not the first time in this branch. Just finished using the bathroom at this Tim's. No soap in the men's room, glacier cold water and no sanitizer in the pump on... the wall outside the bathroom. So ask yourself this??? What are the staff doing to wash their hands after using the bathroom??Think about this the next time you buy a nice pastry or sandwich. They may have more toppings than you desire. ???????? Very filthy, they never get your order right, very unprofessional, if you order more than one thing they mix it up and serve it... in a dirty bag, mixing all your meal in one bag. The staff are disrespectful to the customers, when their attention is called tomistakes they make. It's hard for me to order here because I just want a simple meal but I find that I have to go back and forthbecause they've messed my order.....this is every single time. It's rather unfortunate.
