I went in to this location for lunch today, what a treat.. I didn't catch her name but she was the most polite Sandwich artist... I've ever had an encounter with, she was not only very quick at preparing the food but was also very funny and you could tellshe was genuinely listening when I talked. I went to This location yesterday around 7:30pm and order two veggie patties and one chicken sub. Chicken one was good but... veggie patty was cold. I decently asked her to make it again because my brother doesn't wanted to microwave with veggies. I justtook one bite and felt its really cold like from refrigerator. But the lady started arguing that i toasted in front of you, iwas like i agree but its cold may be u didn't defrost it before. She was not listening at all and was very rude and said youneed to mention double toast it. I start arguing than too and than she made me new one and didn't put cheese in that as i paidfor it. Its not about money or make it again but its worst customer service i ever faced in my life. She didn't say sorry atall. I will never go there again. Read more
