I ordered for pickup. I got the bolognese which was really salty and a half ceaser that cost me $9. The small takeout container... was half full and what was there was brown. The dressing was greasy and separated, it looked and tasted like parmesan floatingin olive oil. I ordered straight through the restaurant website (you're welcome) and so I called the next day to request arefund. They told me to email them and they would issue the refund. It's been over a week, I've followed up, and still no refundor response. There are half a dozen pizza places around this neighborhood, this one just got crossed off my list. Read more
We arrived later in the evening but well before closing I believe it was more then a hour to hour and a half. Anyways our server... was very polite and restaurant was clean. Our meatballs arrived and were still cold inside. The one pizza arrived and wasundercooked and greasy with the sauce cold and crust black all over which I realize in a wood oven is normal but not to thisextent. Our other pizza came after the first yet were ordered exactly at same time. There was 2 long black hairs in our pizzaand we all have short hair. I was able to get one pizza taken off the bill and that even was a challenge. I was given a 5$ giftcard which unfortunately I will probably not be back to eat. The whole experience was terrible and not worth the trip back. Forthe amount of customers there and the price I will Def not be back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service was very poor. Server forgot to punch in a dish from our order. Appetizer came out after our main meal was half eaten.... We had thought that maybe kitchen was a bit behind. When asked about the pasta dish. We received a confused look and serverapologizing that he had forgotten and asked if we wanted it ordered after we finished eating everything else. The food itselftasted pretty good hence the two stars. However, forgetting to punch in an order, and having an appetizer come out late is justa reflection on the quality of service. We used to love this place but this week our experience was totally disappointing. We booked a table for 18 people and called to... confirm the reservation. However on reaching there we found out that they did not have enough tables. So we had to split ourgroup. The food arrived before we were given plates. When the plates arrived they were not clean, on requesting the server forclean plates her response was a - 'What ?' What do you want? ' - That was rude. They forgot to serve our ordered drinks - Coke,beer and as straightforward as water. We had to constantly remind them of our orders. They tried to save the fiasco by offeringus a free cheesecake but my daughters bday celebration was ruined. We also noticed that they had very different staff this time(not the usual) and clearly they were not up to the job. Such a let down !!! Read more

My wife ordered white house wine and pizza , I ordered cappuccino and a cheesecake. Wine came first and it was bad , tasted like... vinegar, we sent it back and ordered different kind. Then ?cappuccino ? came and it was not cappuccino, it was crazy sweet andno foam at all . I was told they make cappuccino from a little package you can buy at a grocery store and not from espresso withsteamed foamy milk , so I sent it back and canceled cheesecake too. Then pizza came and toppings were cold and watery and doughwas raw , so not cooked enough . No wonder they only had us and one more table on Saturday afternoon. Very disappointed. Embarrassing.
