Save your time and money to go elsewhere for lunch. Service sucks, to put it bluntly. When you can finally track down a... server, you get water glasses that are chipped, beers #1-#12 are out, the food is bland, and you have to ask for basic itemssuch as cutlery and napkins. The women's washroom is filthy 2 stalls don't have locks on them, and 3 stalls have no toiletpaper. If it was busy maybe it would be somewhat understandable but it was not. Go to National on 10th or Westhills for a betterexperience. Read more

Pretty good spot for summer, good music and a nice viewpoint from the rooftop. Staff are mostly pretty friendly. The big issue... is the smell of sewage is insanely bad on most of the rooftop. I have been there 3 times now and every time, the sewage smell isso strong it makes it hard to even have a good time or have a drink. Just terrible. Arrived with 12 people and sat for about 25 minutes still no service. Had to approach a staff member to ask for... table service then a waitress showed up. Most staff are just dancing on their own at the bars mingling with each othercompletely useless. After we ordered it took her almost 30 minutes to bring drinks over and another 10 for just a couple pizzas.Following payment she had the audacity to say "no tips?" I gladly told her why and she stormed off. The rest of the 2 hours wewere there she gave dirty looks at our tables along with her other female staff. A few of our guests went to the washroom andoverheard them calling us names and they confronted them. They denied saying anything despite us hearing it within arms length.Totally unprofessional, unmotivated, and lazy. The male staff on the other hand were nice and attentive but I guess they don'twait tables. I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Absolutely love this location, the patio is amazing at night and the music is great. The staff, however, really make the place.... Jesse, Derrick and GK were fantastic and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. They were all superfriendly, offered amazing service and a safe environment.
