Very bad experience ordering online. A couple of order screw up from the last 3 weeks were fine. I let it slide. But from last... week? That was all messed up. Cancelling my order online without informing me? That was way out of line. You had to wait untilsomeone picks up the order to tell them it wasn't done because you cancelled it. Seriously? The online account info was meant tobe there for you to contact the customer if there's a problem with the order. This pizza hot location is the worst. Please do not order food from them. I ordered almost $59 worth of food and ordered a pizza... that I didn't know didn't have Tomato sause in it. I begged them to help me change it because I couldn't even eat the pizza dueto my pregnancy symptoms. They said no because it wasn't there fault which they are right but no customer service at all. Theyway they treated was unfair and rude. Now I have a large pizza at home and I can't even eat it. The crust was really good. It was fluffy and soft... but these guys are definitely trying to save a buck with how few toppings... they give. There was such little cheese on my pizza that I saw more sauce than toppings. Won't be going here again. Read more

We have been ordering from this location for almost five years and never had an issue. Last night we ordered a pizza and wings... and the pizza was inedible. It was sitting in a pile of grease and the bottom of the crust was soggy and wet as a result. Wetried calling the location and there was no answer (we had placed the initial order online). I filled out the automated surveythat was emailed to me and received a call today.
