Came in during an evening rush and place was busy. Wanted to give a shout out to Zayn, he was just soloing 10 orders at once.... Still made sure customers still left happy even though they had to wait a little longer. I went into this place last week as I have been a customer of this location for years. I do not wear a face mask for medical... reasons and are exempt. The staff employee told me to put a mask on. I informed him of my medical exemption. He then stated youcan go to the cashier order and pay but that I will have to wait outside. I said no, I require to observe you prepare my foodorder for health safety compliance. I said again I am medically exempt from wearing a face mask and want to speak to themanager. He then stated he was the manager and that I can leave. Again I will inform all in online reviews of businesses andservices that refuse service and not comply with the City bylaw that they cannot decline services to persons with medicalexemptions. I do not recommend this business to anyone and have placed a 311 bylaw complaint. I urge others to do the same. Thiskind of discrimination needs to be stopped during covid. Read more
