I would have given 5 ? across the board because our server was amazing, food was good however..... We were noticed by the... hostess as we walked in she looked right at us and smiled. She then proceeded to sit and continue to fold pizza boxes while wewaited to be seated. We felt like we were intruding on her pizza box folding. The restaurant at the time was empty. Once wewere seated waiting for our meal we witnessed who we believe to be the hostess cleaning tables with a piece of pizza hangingfrom her mouth. She had put the pizza in her mouth so she could have 2 hands to clean the table. She continued to eat the saidpizza while she cleaned tables. Who does that in a restaurant???? Why would an employee feel this was acceptable behavior in arestaurant when there are patrons in the restaurant??? The food was really good. The lasagna had flavor but minimal sauce. We were in the area for a ball tournament and the whole team plus parents and siblings came in as a large group (approximately... 30 of us). Brian was our server and he was absolutely amazing. Quick, organized, helpful, pleasant, and accurate. Our wholeteam commented how this was the best team experience we had ever had … and if your kids play sports, you know how many teammeals you’ve been through! Dined here last night and had a pretty bad experience. The service is lacking and unprofessional. If you want a side of attitude... to go with your meal, come to this location. I’ve never had a single issue at any other Boston pizza, this was our first timecoming to this location. Our server brought out dirty glasses and side plates and when asked for new ones, she was not thrilledto go get it for us. Nor did she want to get us straws for our waters or extra parm/chilli flakes because she only brought out 2half filled containers for 7 people… She wrote down all of our orders but messed up 2/3 entrees. When she brought out mypasta, the garlic bread was not the right one, she reached into the pasta bowl with her bare hand and grabbed the bread to bringinto the kitchen. Like what….. unsanitary. She was rude and had attitude from the jump. On a better note, the manager, cameout and apologized and he ended up serving us. I get a heart shaped pizza every year from Boston Pizza. This is what I got this year. Half my pizza is crust. There are barely... any toppings. I’m pretty sure my chicken didn’t even have hot sauce on it. This was 33$ before delivery. 33$!! This ishonestly the saddest pizza I have ever received from anywhere. Reached out to express my disappointment, still waiting for aresponse… Update: Have now filled out the survey they told me to fill out twice with no response yet. My husband and I were there tonight. Our Cuctus dip was burnt and it looked like charcoal. We ordered pizza with easy sauce but... it was flooded with sauce. We will never dine there again.
