Nadine is horrendous at her job. I called in at 5:20 for 2 pizzas for pickup. I arrived 20 minutes later for there to be no... pizzas. She didn’t take my name or number which should have been an indication of her incompetency. Terrible customer service. Read more
My son LOVES pizza so this is our spot. I drop by (after work) at least once a month) to order our pizzas and I’ve never had... any issues with the food. As far as customer service goes, WE absolutely love Catherine and Abbey. They are always positive andfriendly to all the customers. It makes a big difference after a long day and hungry kiddos. The middle-aged Caucasian woman seems overly flustered/frustrated when dealing with customers, even giving rude patronizing... answers when someone asks for a drink with their order. Some of the people coming in to your store may be slightly hard ofhearing, so being flippant and rude to them over not hearing exactly what you said, is inexcusable. I wish the food could havebeen worth the rough customer service, but when you don't even have any "Hot N Ready" ready for 10+ mins, what's the point ofeven advertising it as such? Read more

Came to get a pizza and Italian cheese bread. I understand closing in a half hr so it's not ready and I'm willing to wait. Lady... at the counter named Michele C. gives me a lecture about me not ordering online or calling ahead. She says "everyone else ordersthat way" I live across the street if I called ahead it wouldn't have been ready anyway as it takes me 30 seconds to get here. Ialso asked if there was dip and she condescendingly said to me "it doesn't come with any". I didn't even ask that, I was askingto pay for dip. Not to mention they just so happened to be out of the creamy garlic dip. She was not friendly at all and I willnot be coming here again. Read more
