My favourite starbucks location!!!! Really great customer service, and everyone is so friendly <3
The place is loud(some staff screaming through their masks) and the majority of the staff are fake. A few of the staff are... genuinely pleasant. But my understanding is they are a new union based business. They don't care about customers. i feel bad forthe employees that get it. Read more
This evening, I had a very nice young man take my order. Apparently there was some confusion because my Trenta turned into a... grande. I spoke up and the VERY RUDE man who made my drink got very boisterous and then started making rude comments. When Iturned back to ask what he had just said, his female coworker told him I was coming back and he proceeded to cowardly walk tothe back. The young man asked what was wrong and said he didn't hear anything. I suggest the man with the nice glasses who wasworking around 6pm goes back to training for customer service. This morning at 11:05 I ordered a simple black coffee from a lovely lady and to my surprise I was advised to go to end of... counter to pick it up. When I saw the number of people waiting I decided to go cancel my order! I explained that for a simpleblack coffee it wasn?t worth the wait and the same lady was willing to return my money but I declined and left. My point inthis negative review is of all the Starbucks I?ve supported over the years this is the only one where the staff don?t turnaround and pour the coffee, which is right there, and give to the customer??.
