The staff is all great at this location. Starbucks, can you please hire more? I come here often and wait a while for my coffee -... which if fine - it?s a busy location. However, it?s difficult to come here and watch the baristas be berated by the miserableKarens of Calgary?s NW. Read more

Super slow drive thru! Avoid peak times at this Starbucks. Inside and the drive thru are packed during these times and they... can?t handle the rush. This is one of two Starbucks in the area, and given the population and the clientele here, theseStarbucks aren?t able to handle the amount of people who visit. The staff are great and I have no complaints about the drinksI?ve ordered, but just be warned that it can be about a 20-25 minute wait. Read more
Stopped for a nice refresher on a hot day; ordered two drinks, an iced black tea lemonade and a strawberry açai refresher with... lemonade . The iced tea was mostly water and had very little flavour and no lemonade. The strawberry açai refresher was evenworse; there was no lemonade and the added extra strawberry base, which made the drink very strange, almost sour. There musthave been something wrong with the strawberry inclusions as well, as I was violently ill about half an hour after consuming onlyhalf of the grande size. This location has never been able to make a drink correctly. Last time i went, i asked for lactaidmilk in my iced chai, as it is the only milk i can drink. As i went to take my first sip, i caught the sticker on my cup andnoticed that they did not make it with lactaid milk, which made me violently ill as well. Do better creekside starbucks. Read more
