Last night, I had an Uber Eats order that was delivered 15 minutes before Mucho had closed. When the delivery got there, it was... only 1 out of 2 meals that I had ordered. I was pretty upset and contacted my Uber driver and Mucho. My Uber driver was notvery helpful, but the manager at Mucho Burrito blew me away. She was so apologetic and nice to me, and went out of her way toeven answer the phone 5 minutes after closing. I hadn't realized they were closed already, and she explained that she wouldcommunicate to her team and give me 2 free small burritos to make up for my lost meal. Today, I went in to get my meal and thestaff member was so sweet. She explained, unprompted, as much as she knew about the situation to clarify and fill me in whileshe made my order. I'm so appreciative of the team, and especially the manager at this location as she provided excellentcustomer service and seemed like she genuinely cared about what had happened. Today the three of us went for lunch. The young man was alone and working very hard. He told us as soon as we walked in that he... was finishing a skip order. We waited. More people came in. Despite the line up. He took great care with each of us. One at atime.. taking his time to make our orders. He was very kind and did a very good job. I have a mucho by my home downtown and thisplace is far better. The food was amazing! The young man was nice and kind , smiling and taking his time to make very orderperfection. Good job! Absolutely disgusting! The steak looked like it was about 4 days old, the guac tasted extremely off, the rice was super hard ,... veggies were uncooked and cold and the portion sizes were insanely small for the price. Definitely will not be back Read more
