June 11, 2022 around 3-4PM I experienced bad service here. There were no customers and the single employee in the store was... sitting down on his phone when I walked in. He got up to meet me at the register and I asked for a box of a dozen cookies. Theguy serving me snapped, "There are no boxes". He didn't check at all and having bought boxed cookies here before, I know wherethey keep the boxes. So I told him, "I was here before. Boxes are in the cabinet under the first speed oven. Could you pleasecheck? I'm going to an event and I'm only going to buy if they are in a box". The employee reluctantly turned around and openedthe cabinet. There was an entire cardboard box full of cookie boxes in there. I've also noticed that cookies here cost $6.99.Not the advertised "$6 no tax" on the sticker. The quality of this subway has took a nosedive over the last few years. Their veggies are always soggy, bread is dry and weird,... and the service is so abraisive. Seems like whoever owns/manages this place doesn't spend any time on location. Will not returnafter my bread looked like this. (Not even toasted). Read more
