Went for the prime roast beef buffet. Selection was very good. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. We were celebrating a... few birthdays and the robot sang happy birthday and brought dessert to our table. It was a fantastic experience. Read more
The food wasn’t the greatest but I am giving the restaurant 5 star for their hospitable service. Leonora was our server and... she went above and beyond for our family. We were sat in a corner and forgotten, thank goodness the hostess brought us water or we would have had nothing for the first 20... minutes. The server was very friendly, the most positive part of our experience. My Caesar had so much garnish it was insane,only good because by this point I was starving. They brought our appetizer with the main meal, so much food all at once whichmade the meal less enjoyable and more about eating it before it got soggy, which it did because our buns were not toasted. Thelettuce on the burger was not fresh and old looking. The mussels had a good taste, but nothing memorable. Over priced for whatwas served. The kicker, our food was bought over by a robot followed by our waitress. Are they planning on getting rid of waitstaff and replacing it with a robot? Ah- mazing! We ended up eating here for a whole day with my family and the food was so tasty and the amount you get defiantly... fills you up! We had amazing dinner waiters both night - and they were so great letting Bella the robot bring out the food forthe kids and showing them her tricks! Defiantly will be back - already missing the Cesar’s! Read more

This place really needs to get their ducks in a row. First off my friend our 2 kids waited 15 minutes for drinks - fine not a... big deal. Our server is noticeably new and tells us it's her 3rd day serving there. That's all fine, I am in the industry andknow the struggles of it all. She came back twice to make sure our food order was correct and forgot about the sides. When werecieved our food two dishes had missing items. That was recified more promptly than everything else at this point. The foodtook another 30 minutes. Then came the dessert... 4 times the server and the manager kept having to come back to tell us theyeither didn't have the desserts we wanted and that the kids desserts were something completely different. The dessert took over30 minutes. A normal dining outing for the 4 of us would typically take an hour and 15 minutes - this was 2 and a halfhours. The food wasn't anything spectacular but it wasn't bad either. It's a few steps down from Earls or Cactus Club. I feltbad for the server and still tipped her decently despite excessive wait times and horrible communication. It was how cluelessthe manager was that kind of explained why the place was running so inefficiently to begin with.
