Website advertises $10 pizza special but completely cheap out on toppings. Barely any sauce or cheese - don?t run specials if... you guys can?t bother to make the pizza as normal! Pizza hut will always be a nostalgia thing for me. I love everything about it. I have ordered from this location a few times and... haven't had a bad experience yet. While not the same store as it was in the 90s, it definitely still offers something completelydifferent than other pizza places in town. If you want your toppings on top of your cheese where they belong you can count onpizza hut. Read more
What happened to customer service? After placing a no contact online order, I called asking where my order was after the app... showed it was delivered. It was apparently delivered to the wrong location, as I never got it. After being put on hold 3 timesthey agreed to send me another order. This one took forever to be delivered. In total it took 2 hours for an order where thePizza Hut is a 15 minute walk from my place. I guess no contact also means no delivery. After all this all I got was an ?I?msorry? with no explanation. No offer for a discount, refund, or coupon. I guess I?m sorry is now acceptable for companies whohire minimum wage workers and when they make a mistake don?t step up to the plate and make things right.
