If I am paying to get bacon I expect to have more than half my bagel covered with it. This is ridiculous. It also seems that... they have one person taking all orders and making them while there 7 other people running around worried about the drivethrough. Your walk in customers are just as important. My order was received at the counter by someone who there was definitely a language barrier with. So after a much longer than... normal struggle of an exchange to order 2 sandwiches and a coffee, I finally get my coffee and go to pick up my sandwiches.Stand there for 5 mins. Am told the manager has to check the order. She proceeds to serve 2 other customers that were in linebefore printing off a receipt for my order and demanding that I pay for the cheese I wanted on one of the sandwiches that wasn?tpunched in due to the cashier?s lack of English skills. I told her that it was their mistake and that they have made me wait andthey can comp the cheese. She told me I was ?trying to get something for free?. Clearly ????. I had called earlier in the day to see if they had the timbit buckets in stalk. they told me that they had them and kindly... offered to put them on hold for me. So when I drove as fast as a i could after work to grab them, I was told they no longer hadthem in stalk. Not impressed. Terrible experience in here. I have visited in here at 8:45. They turned off almost light and block the sit and wash room by... chairs and I ask them for may I use wash room after order 3 coffee then a man tells me ?No, you can?t?, also glasses woman tellme, ?it?s time to close? at 9:35PM. Why you guys sign at door until 10:00?!?! You guys takes order countinue for DT and theother customer for take out! What?s the problem?! This is the slowest Tim Hortons, they cater to drive through so you can stand in line for extended periods of time while the... lineup grows behind you and they still won?t acknowledge the customers they have inside the store. They have 6 or 7 people atany given time working at this location yet somehow they manage to move at a snails pace. The staff are actually quite pleasantbut they don?t seem organized or know how to control a lineup. This really is the only quick place in the complex to grab foodif you?re on a lunch break but be prepared to use the entirety of your break waiting in line at this location. Read more
