I had the pho, it was not "bad" but it's not good either, just a complete lack of flavour, and bulk rice noodles. It was on the... sweeter side so southern/Saigon style. But really, this is average of the average, even for Canada. A good neighbourhood momand pop shop. This small family owned Pho noodle house is clean and tidy. Nice service. not thirsty feel after drinking soup. fair price.
Ordered the pho and it was good. Unfortunately the rice dish with pork chop and chicken was sub par. The pork chop was okay but... the chicken was dry and not freshly made.
