Albeit I showed up late, there was basically nothing to eat available. When i entered all staff were talking in their own... language, and I was waiting even though both of them would look at me. It seemed like they were only interested in theirconversation, and even after their conversation they continued doing what they were doing without seeing if I neededanything. Terrible service and it's not even busy. It's peak time and they are always out of chicken noodle soup or something else. And... it's 0 customer care. Drove here and it's just a " oh well are out and choose something else" Need to be better prepared andunderstand peak lunch hours. Read more
I feel to sad about this location. It?s an amazing location but the staff are super bad the have no scene how to deal with the... customers and with zero respect. Every Time I go to this location I feel bad and I never get my order correct since 2020 theprevious team was amazing. The people they?re working there they need a lot of training not just about work or respect but alsotheir attitude while they?re working. One of the stories: I made an mobile order at midnight when there is no customer and 3staff are working and when we I came to pick up after 20 min they didn?t start working on it yet. They charged me for one type of drink and gave me just a cup of warm milk. When I asked for a correction I was given attitude by... the worker. Apparently they "can't" make the drink I ordered but they can charge me extra for it and give me milkinstead. Someone ahead of me ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and received hot chocolate with a peppermint teabag in it LOL Ishould have left when I saw that! Read more
