Surprisingly, the service at this McDonalds is very exceptional. It?s very rare that a McDonalds can be so?... outstanding. Anyway, if you want to eat some cheaper fast food, this particular store is definitely a recommend. Much betterthan the one in central Burnaby. Read more
Sad to say service is inconsistent and missed items in my order very often happen. Some staff are super nice and definitely... trying to uphold the customer service. It's a convenient location on Marine Way and usually quite busy.. End of the day, whenthe craving calls.. we go anyway. Lol Read more
Wanted to try the new mccrispy. Burnt bun. Practically no lettuce or sauce and the meat was very dry.
Service wasn't the greatest at the beginning but this morning I feel like going through Canadian custom. I use online order and... pick up at the drive-through. First at the drive-through machine this person ask " Yah" after I told her my order number and herreply was that all?? The drive thru is abysmal. They funnel all of the cars into the waiting area, so it looks like they have a short drive thru line... and then group all the orders together so they only have to make one trip outside.
