Hi for the lsst 2 years this location badly needs renovations. Long over do for a total clean up brand new like nrw west station... location. Theres alot of regulars come here every night. Due pandemic lack of options in burnaby why alot men hang out here.Open 24 hours. The staff not all happy. Servicr could improve. Even more better working conditions. Run down coffee shop. horrible service, 3 women behind the counter, 2 tils open was told to go to the 1 on the right. got a ice capp that was... disgustingly sweet & exchfor a iced coffee that was very weak, then 2 south asian women workers started talking in theirlanguage & I asked if there was a supervisor & a short caucasian overweight woman said no & i explained my frustration to noavail & then 1 of the south asian women said we only take cash at the til on the left I said u should have a sign, etc, etc.Last time I'm going ther Read more
So slow order wrong again waiting for food never arrived. Terrible training by mngmnt. therefore staff are very poorly... skilled or trained, cannot count change back etc. I will gladly go to Starbucks and pay a bit more and leave happy!!! Read more
