Came in for a quick drink, just myself. A host seated me at the bar. I waited for 25 minutes to be even acknowledged before... deciding to get up and leave. The restaurant was not busy and I watched about three servers behind the bar watching the hockeygame and talking with one another. I even stacked my menus to indicate that I was ready to order, one server even looked at methen proceeded to walk away. Not even a glass of water was offered that entire time. It's White Spot so I am not expectingMichelin star service but when the restaurant is slow and your still not getting served, you start to take it personally. Even a"hello, be right with you" would've been nice. Last time I was in, I ordered take out. Which was incorrect and took fourattempts to get it right. I didn't write a complaint cause it seems like this location is primarily staffed by teens, perhapswith their first serving job. Messing up my lunch several times isn't worth someone losing their job. We all were young once,with a first job. However, waiting that long to be checked in with isn't the goal of working in a restaurant or customerservice. Read more
Good breakfast. Bacon and eggs. X2. My eggs were poached perfect to my liking and I had 1/2 waffle. Hubby had toast. Ordered... coffee with 1/3 water as I find their coffee strong it was right on. Happy with service and not to busy at 930am on Sunday. Read more
Waiting 5 min the reception said preparing table for me, 1 person. then he is gone for another 5 min. He didn?t come back. came for brunch. it was a delicious basic eggs and hash. over medium eggs were cooked to perfection ! can?t complain about the... bacon and sausage either ! truly great coffee too. great playlist and a chill vibe. our server Emily was so sweet and funny. shegave fast service and was willing to grab us what we needed. good brunch but a little overpriced.
