Okay. The pizza was fine (not great) I ordered the new stuffed crust pizza (now I?m not complaining about the cheese. The... cheese. Was nice. Fresh. Tasty). But. The cut of cheese used was as thick as your pointer finger and it DID NOT MELT. Like atall. Yep. Solid sticks of cheese (they look exactly like someone stuck a cheese string in the crust) I was really lookingforward to this stringy pizza but sadly it didn?t string. I wasn?t willing to heat up my oven to cook it further. So. Imicrowaved it. Not exactly my idea of a crispy crust when it?s zapped. Pizza app itself malfunction shortly after I placed myorder. Went to go check it?s status and found it had logged me out. Tried logging in. But it doesn?t let me. Logged in onwebsite works fine. But then suddenly my order shows as delivered. But. It had not. 15 mins later and two calls to therestaurant. They did find the driver and said it will arrive in a few mins. It did. But by now I?ve been standing at thestreet corner waiting. As I?m at back of house and I had no way to I know when my pizza was arriving. Because papa John app doesnot do live tracking. Experience could of been better. Starting with a live tracking app. I will probably go with anotherpizza take out next time. Just cuz I don?t fancy standing at front of house to wait for the pizza. Definitively I will not go back to this pizza place. We ordered some expensive jalapeño poppers and 2 pizzas. Unfortunately the... poppers were so tiny and plain in flavor. Honestly those were worth $1. No cheese in one of them and the rest had just a dab ofcheese, which made them dry and hard to eat. I really hope that management takes care of the way things are cooked, the amountof ingredients being used and the quality of the ingredients. Remember, this is papa John's pizza and the motto has always beenthe best ingredients makes the best pizza. Also, the amounts used is a key role for this business's success. ordered 2 pizzas there cause our place was closed . we were extremely disappointed. Pizza ingredients seem super cheap ,... doesn't taste fresh or good.
