The service at Tim Horton's near Kensington has become a joke; I waited over 10 minutes to get my Roast Beef and Cheese... sandwich, by that time I almost finished my medium dark roast coffee and I asked for a refill, only to be shunned by the serviceclerk (I was ready to dish out some money), but she just dissed me and went back to the counter. Just like at the famous Goldenarch restaurant, the clerk showed no customer appreciation or anything, useless customer service gets another Thumbs Up! Idon't leave a tip for anyone anymore! It's a pretty nice set of trails that are constantly being added to and improved every year, very nice for hiking, trail... running, and mountain biking, there are also a couple trails for 4x4 and dirt bikes. The mountain has some nice small lakes andwaterfalls on it, also lots of berries! Read more
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and found a bunch of weird waxy objects at the bottom of my cup. Neither the corporate customer... service or the franchisee were interested in explaining what was in my drink. So on top of slow service, hit and miss coffeequality and the removal of the ability to order ahead through the app, Tim Hortons also doesn't care about foreign objects intheir drinks. Read more
Came here on my birthday and the cashier was pretty rude to me when I asked if there were any bday rewards. My app wasn?t... working, she accused me of trying to get multiple free drinks when I had never even used the app before. Didn?t even have thekindness to wish me a Happy Birthday.
