Amazing service, atmosphere, and food. The new item the vegan bowl was really good. I got the steak and frites and upgraded to... truffle fries. The fries was the best! My steak wasn?t prepared as I liked and my server Jamal immediately took it back andmade it right. I love coming here because I know the service and consistency is always the same. Outstanding service! Our server Julie was friendly and incredibly attentive. She gave great food and drink recommendations (3... for 3 tonight) and made you feel special throughout In addition, the manager Noah dropped by and recommended some of the bestcombinations Calamari and artisan bread as apps, both on point. Ask for the Cajun fries tossed with honey, you will not bedisappointed! Subbed the rice in the feta salmon with their warm potato salad.. We saw the Night Manager, Brett (though we didn?t know his name yet), in a well dressed suit and a paper bag in his hands as he... walked in front of to Earl?s. First impressions can be deceiving but this isn?t one of those reviews. Our set had made areservation at Earl?s to celebrate surviving our first year in Marketing Management at BCIT. We were greeted kindly by staff andour waitress, Luna, then shown our lovely patio table. Brett comes out, and we?re all a little confused because we had justbeen whispering behind this man?s back about how gentlemanly he was dressed. He introduces himself, and says that there was aspecial request for an assortment of funky hats for the table. Our friend that made the reservation gasped, forgetting that shehad made this request as a joke. She wasn?t expecting Earl?s to actually deliver on this. Brett adorned each of us with a hatthat surprisingly fit our personalities on a first guess. Our server Luna did an incredible job making sure our table of drinksand food was well organized and coming in at a steady pace. The food was the delicious, the drinks tasteful, and the service wasso friendly and personable. We were treated like kings and queens after feeling like we had just gone through the toughestreality survival show to complete our first year at BCIT. To cap off the night, the staff treated us to champagne to celebratea relaxing and fun filled summer, starting with lunch at Earl?s. Very nice location with good atmosphere. Food is usual Earls (good food but a bit overpriced) Service was very good. While we... were there a crazy guy in Masked Killer costume and with a real knife entered the restaurant and started to act weirdly.
