Went to this KFC location to buy 3 of the KFC famous chicken sandwiches, they were $4.95 each on sale. I go to the drive thru to... order the 3 sandwiches and the girl at the window says I can only order 1 sandwich per customer at the $4.95 price so I saidforget it and they lost my business. Worst KFC I've been to. We ordered a nine piece meal, while we were waiting there was water leaking from the ceiling above the... counter on to someones food. The place was extremly dirty. We also saw rodents in the back parking lot, I hope they don't goinside. After the rude server gave us our order, we went to our car. My better judgement was to check the order over in thecar, but we didnt. After the 20 min ride home we opened the bucket of chicken, and were shocked at how small the pieces were.The thighs were the size of wings. I would think the owner would do this on purpose to charge full price for half the chickenyou would normaly get. I guess its all about profit, thats fine we will never come back. Nonetheless $38 bucks for what, we werestill hungry after eating our greasy mini chicken pieces and fries. It's no wonder why all the KFCs are disapearing and PopeyesChicken is popping up all over the lower mainland. The chicken pieces are four times bigger and way fresher and tastier thenKFC. Always a great experience, fast, relatively fresh (considering its fast food, let?s be honest with ourselves), no complaints at... all. Usually get a box for lunch on occasion, always tastes great, a lot of value for $13-15 never leaves you feeling hungry byany means. If anything you will have that food coma feeling right after. I haven't had KFC for a while, but my old memories of it were pretty fond. So when I had the online coupons come in my mailbox,... I decided to give it a try, despite the pretty horrible ratings that I have seen on the Google Map reviews. I got the 2 famouschicken burger combo, which is supposed to have sweet pickles and garlic oil in it as well, but I was disappointed with thesheer amount of mayonnaise, and the missing garlic oil and pickles. On the other hand, the fries and popcorn chicken was fine,and the fried chicken itself was okay for its price. Quite a pity because I would've definitely been a regular customer withthe great deals and proximity, but I wouldn't be returning until I see better reviews about its improvements. Read more

I put in the order at 10:56 am for delivery at 11:45 am. The food never arrive. This is not the first time that this happens.... The restaurant advised me at 12:05 that they had trouble finding a driver but the staff assured me that the food will arrive in20 minutes. At 12:39pm I called the restaurant again. I offer to send someone there to pick up the food but they assured me thatthe driver picked up the food and is on his way. At 12:15 I called the resurant again. They thought I received my order but Idid not. They said they will call me back in 5 minutes. At 1:25pm, I called again. They said my order is delivered but Ireceived no chicken. At 1:39pm, I called again. They said they don't know where my order is. They can't process the refund norgive us the order even i offered to come pick it up. At 1:47pm I called back and told them I'm on my way to pick up my order sothey need to gave it ready when I arrive. I arrived and still need to wait for another 10 minutes. The whole process only tookthem 2 hours and 20 minutes to have my order ready. Read more
