Not much to say here except it's a Starbucks in the middle of one of the (if not THE) busiest food courts in the province. The... place is almost always crowded (Esp during traditional meal hours) but it's still Starbucks and it still tastes great! Read more
We had such a bad experience with them. They have a bad customer service skills, they add more caramel on macchiato, when I... asked for add a little bit of espresso, they asked me to pay 1.09 $ more. The baristas were too mean. I asked if I could get a water aside from my 2 drinks and the barista looked too annoyed saying they... were busy. But it's ok. He still gave me water after 5 minutes. Then I clumsily dropped the cup because the lid wasn't closedproperly and needed a tissue but they don't have tissue so I asked for it to the girl barista. She said somebody was getting itso I stood near the tissue container and she asked me to move coz she said it's really too busy. Even when she sees that mayskirt, legs, cp, and hands are covered with frappe. :'c It was horrible experience. This is the first starbucks to ever treat melike this. They were too annoyed and I jusst felt helpless while these people are rolling their eyes on me. I know it's busy andI didn't want to bother them. I didn't even ask again for tissue. Their morning crew is horrible, especially the girl named Jenny, we were there around 8:20 this morning try to buy a ice... coffee,( no one in front of us when we were there), we wait for about 10 minutes and saw the people behind us already got theirdrinks, so I am asking her, how long I have to wait, the way she responds was with so much attitude, first stare at me for 2seconds and said ? I am doing it right now, there is a girl under training, you have to understand I am busy! ?
